Turbulence Training by Craig Ballantyne is a strength conditioning program that incorporates routines to help lose weight fast. The main difference between this program and the others is the way the weight loss routines are performed, great for those who want to know how to get ripped. These are in the form of High Intensity Interval Programs. This means that you don't have to spend hours on long cardio workouts. The intense cardio work is combined with the strength routines to provide a routine that literally takes an hour.

It is these short exercise routines performed just three times a week which is going to appeal to a lot of people especially as time is a valuable commodity. Also, and this is a big plus, it stops you from getting bored. It is much easier to motivate yourself to doing a single hour workout three times a week than longer two to three hour workouts four to five times a week.

The ebook at 128 pages is shorter than some of the others but the information is concise and to the point. The nutrition information in Turbulence Training is good but perhaps not as detailed as in
FatLoss4Idiots or TruthAboutAbs but this program is more designed for those interested in additional muscle building.

The program comes in 2 versions - the Basic for $39.95 and the Deluxe for $97. The Basic provides excellent value but if you are more advanced in strength conditioning and weight loss then the Deluxe package is worth taking a look at.
